Intake

It is a comprehensive process that collects and reviews individual data to create a tailored treatment plan, identify key needs (e.g., mental illness, disabilities) and monitor progress.

Case Management

This program involves identifying needs, planning services, coordinating care, and evaluating the effectiveness of services.

Therapy

This program aims to enhance mood, social and familial adjustment, and daily functioning, while reducing the need for more intensive care.

  • Individual/ Family: focuses on addressing an individual’s specific problem and symptoms. The therapist creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment, allowing the individual to reflect on their actions and gain a deeper understanding of their behaviors.
  • Therapeutic Behavioral On-Site (TBOS): this service aim to improve emotional, social interactions, and daily functioning, all while helping individuals develop healthier patterns of behavioral in real-life situations. TBOS differ from Individual/Family therapy because services are renders in the individual’s natural environment, such as at home, school or work.
  • Group: this valuable approach involves multiple individuals. Group dynamic offers support, helping individuals progress and providing a lasting peer-driven support system even after formal mental health services end.
  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation: The goal is to overcome functional deficits and barriers caused by disabilities, restoring social skills and life management abilities. It focuses on improving daily living skills, training in social and independent living skills, medication management, housing support and vocational training.
